• Our tutors undergo a thorough evaluation and selection process. They possess strong technical skills and have extensive experience working with students. All hold degrees from prestigious universities and colleges.

• We offer our clients flexible payment options: either by the hour or at a discounted monthly rate. Each session is billed hourly, with any additional time charged in 15-minute increments. 
• We accept most major credit cards, Zelle, and Venmo.

• Cancellations: Must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session. Sessions cancelled within the 48-hour window will be charged in full. 
• No Shows: A no show is defined as a learner not attending a scheduled session within 10 minutes of the scheduled start time without prior notice. No shows are charged as a full session and are not eligible for credits or refunds.
• Refunds: While refunds are not provided for cancelled sessions, a full credit will be issued for use toward a future session. 

While AI tools can be helpful for learning and brainstorming, WeTutor-U does not support or encourage the use of AI generated content as conclusive answers or as a substitute for human input or the learner’s own understanding and original work. Learners remain responsible for verifying accuracy, demonstrating understanding, and complying with school policies regarding AI assistance and academic integrity.

WeTutor-U does not support cheating or plagiarism and will not complete graded work on a learner’s behalf. Learners remain responsible for original work and compliance with school academic integrity policies, including policies governing AI assistance.

Educational Support Only

WeTutor-U provides tutoring, academic support, and educational guidance. Tutoring is not a substitute for classroom instruction, special education services, therapy, counseling, or medical, legal, or financial advice.

No Guarantee of Outcomes

WeTutor-U is not responsible for a student’s grades, test scores, school performance, or academic standing. We do not guarantee grade outcomes or admissions to any school, college, or university. Results depend on many factors including learner effort, attendance, school requirements, and circumstances outside of WeTutor-U’s control.
